Welcome Sam

Hey everyone. We have a new band member joining the Agnew crew. Sam Weaver will be playing guitar with us. He will be joining us at our first camp of the summer this next week in Orange Beach, AL. We are very excited about having him. He is originally from San Francisco, and is now moving to Austin following a recent 3 week stint in Memphis. He played on a few songs of the new record in the studio. He’s a great player and we’re looking forward to getting to know him better. He is going to be a special part of the ministry God has for us this year. Come out and say Hello to him soon.

    Well, Sam, I’m best known to all the Agnew-ites as “Naz.” (Literally, I’ve gotten letters addressed to “Naz” in the mail…) Ask any one of the guys and they’ll tell you, probably more than I want you to know, but possibly including such things as “serious Michigan football fan,” “blonde chick who used to moderate the Agnew boards,” and “writer of crazy funny stories involving crullers and zombies.” (Ask Cody about that last one…)

    Is that enough identification or should I pull out my passport?

    i was at the orange beach camp, and ya’ll were awesome.
    My entire youth group and teachers included are prayin for you and the rest of the band as they go traveling to all the camps. Hope you get to reach alot more people this summer.

    Nah, seriously, I hope your move has gone smoothly and you’re enjoying your time with the guys. We’re all a bit jealous that y’all just got to hang out with our Emmie at Glorieta. But I love that Todd enjoys the camps so much. Grassroots. ‘Tis good.

    By the way, I’m the resident Aussie (thus the Vegemite reference).
