Your ability to break down the songs and force everyone to focus on the words of the songs they were singing was amazing. I realize that the camp is about the kids and being there to help them grow in their relationship with Christ (or even better, start a relationship with Christ), but the depth of your leadership in the worship portion of the service was truly refreshing to students and adults alike. You and David Platt are the perfect compliment for each other. It's amazing to have a deep and moving song service followed by a deep and moving message. And we both agree that you are a true leader of worship. My pastor has had the privelege of serving with you @ another camp several years ago, and really liked what you did there as well as Orange Beach. Too many artists today use this time to "rock out" or put on a "show"...and I really like the fact that you readied our hearts for the word. Your input in the youth pastor meetings was gold as well. You are an inspiration to not only me, but to our students, and countless other YM that feel likewise. I just want to encourage you in what you're doing. It's obvious that God's hand is upon you and your band, and we will continually be in prayer for you guys, and we look forward to the day that our paths may cross again!
